In order to post a listing, please send the following information to mastershousing@hotmail.com in Microsoft Word or Text format, or in the body of the email:

Any additional amenities such as swimming pools, gamerooms, exercise equipment, etc. 

Please send at least one photo of each bedroom and bathroom, and at least one photo of the outside of your home.  Send a maximum of 8 digital photos.

There is absolutely no charge for the listing or marketing of your home with Augusta Masters Housing.  A 7.00% standard commission for the final rental value of the home must be paid to Augusta Masters Housing prior to the release of contact information and payment to the homeowner.

Guide to Listing Prices:

Rental value of a home is generally determined by location, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor plan and amenities.  The quality of the property, furnishings, and decor will all play a part in the price a potential renter will be willing to offer.  Be sure to take flattering pictures of your property in a clean and neat daytime state.  Also, premium amenities such as pools, hot tubs, large televisions, and gamerooms will enhance the homes rental value.  Tournament badges are amenities that will greatly enhance rental value as well. 

A general guide is that homes will rent for $1000 per furnished bedroom, per week for homes that are located within a mile or two from the golf course.  Four bedroom homes in good condition tend to go for $3000-4000, While a 6 bedroom mansion with all premium amenities may rent for upward of $8000 for the week.  An older three bedroom and two bath home may rent for only around $2500.  Please be reasonable with your asking price, and let us know if you are willing to negotiate the amount.   

What to Expect:

After the homeowner has submitted the listing, we will do the rest.  We will place an ad for your home on our website for anyone searching the internet for masters rentals to view.  We will upload all photos of your home in an album that may be viewd from your listing.  You may be contacted if potential renters have any additional questions or if other information is needed.  We will contact you when a renter has agreed to rent your property and payment made available for you to pick up locally in Augusta. Checks from renters will be made out directly to the homeowner. 7% commission is due from homeowner to augustamastershousing upon reciept of payment from renter.
